Vicki works with us part time and re-joined the Fraser Optical team in January 2024 after a period of maternity leave. She brings with her many years of experience in the optical industry and a strong, customer-focused approach to everything she does.

Having previously worked with us before taking time out to study, travel and gain experience in other roles, we were delighted to welcome Vicki back when the opportunity arose. She is a highly capable and knowledgeable Optical Assistant who is confident in all aspects of the role, with particular strengths in administration, organisation and delivering excellent customer service.

Friendly, welcoming and reliable, Vicki is a valued member of the team and a familiar face for many of our patients.
